Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

StoicDreamz is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

StoicDreamz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided and assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. StoicDreamz is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
